What SabMilega is
SabMilega publishes stock and price information reported by local shops. We are not a marketplace, seller, or delivery service: no money passes through SabMilega, we do not take orders, and we do not hold or deliver inventory. Every listing is information reported by the shop itself, not a guarantee made by SabMilega.

Availability and prices shown are reported by the shop and may have changed. SabMilega does not sell these products and does not guarantee availability or price. Please confirm with the shop before travelling.
Eligibility
This service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
If you are a shopper
- Searching does not require an account.
- Information you see is provided by shops and may be out of date - always confirm before making a trip.
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to a shop or another user.
If you list a shop (merchants)
By creating or managing a shop listing, you confirm and agree that:
- You have the authority to represent the shop you are listing.
- The information you provide (stock, price, contact details) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not list tobacco, gutka, pan masala, or any other product prohibited under applicable law - such listings are blocked and removed, and repeated attempts may result in suspension.
- SabMilega may remove any listing or suspend any account for inaccurate, prohibited, or fraudulent content, or for a violation of these terms.
Reporting an incorrect or unauthorised listing
If a listing is inaccurate, or a shop believes it was listed without authorisation, contact support@sabmilega.online. We aim to act within 72 hours of a report.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". SabMilega makes no warranty that any listing is accurate, current, or complete, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listed information, including a wasted trip to a shop.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SabMilega after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
